About the Campaign & Platform

The 'Sone Ki Barrish' campaign is organized by BIG LIVE Offers. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Campaign Period

Starts from 27th August 2025.

BIG LIVE Offers reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign period at its sole discretion.

Eligibility

  1. The contest is open to residents of Chandigarh only.
  2. Proof of eligibility: Winners may be required to provide valid proof of age, address, and identity (e.g., PAN card, Aadhaar card) for verification.

How to Participate

To participate, a participant must complete the following steps during the contest period:

  • Download salon voucher from BIG LIVE Offers.
  • Avail any beauty service at the partnered salon.
  • Share voucher screenshot + bill with our RJs.
  • Stand a chance to win gold coins.

Winner Selection and Notification

Lucky draw: Winners will be selected through a computerized, random lucky draw from the pool of all eligible entries.

General Conditions

  1. BIG LIVE Offers reserves the right to disqualify participants for fraudulent activity or violations of the terms and conditions.
  2. The Campaign may be modified, suspended, or terminated by BIG LIVE Offers due to circumstances beyond their control.
  3. BIG LIVE Offers and its affiliates are not liable for any issues arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Forfeiture

  1. If winners don’t respond within the given time, the prize will be forfeited.
  2. Another winner will be chosen via a second draw.

Prize Details

  1. Prizes: Gold coin
  2. Non-transferable: Cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash
  3. Taxes: Winners must bear all applicable taxes (incl. TDS) and submit required documents (e.g., PAN card)

General Conditions

Privacy: Personal data will be used as per BIG LIVE Offers’ Privacy Policy.

Content: Any content created during the campaign may be used by BIG LIVE Offers for marketing.

Intellectual Property & Data Privacy

Fraudulent entries or rule violations can lead to disqualification.
Campaign may be changed, suspended, or cancelled due to unforeseen events.

Governed by Indian law; disputes subject to jurisdiction of Chandigarh
